"If Heather answers the phone, call somewhere else! She has a pleasant tone at first but is unable to explain why certain fees appear on your bill, she will then talk over you as you try to explain your confusion and then accuse you of wanting to argue when she says there's no one else you can speak with when you tell her there must be someone above her that you can speak with. I call 1800statefarm and 2 different phone agents tell me my local agent would have to speak with underwriting to itemize the charges, while Heather told me 1800statefarm would have to do it. Come to find out Heather is actually the one that's supposed to reach out to underwriting and Chuck Redstone when someone asks to escalate. Furthermore 1800statefarm was confused as to why i was speaking with Heather instead of Chuck Redstone which leads me to believe that Heather is not really a State Farm agent as she claims to be which is why she was unable to properly explain the fees being charged as well as the escalation process. That would also explain why she neglected to mention a potential deposit for a new policy if i cancelled my policy while looking for a new car. I would not call this office if you're looking for transparency."

"I was with nationwide for 17 year's and never had issues like I have had with this company...I have only been with them for almost 2 year's now. I will be switching insurance definitely. Customer service is horrible and they have no idea what they are doing, everyone says something different in this office. Stay away!!!"

"I canceled my membership due to the fact they tried to ask for over 600$ a month which is over double my car payment, I was told about a month and a half ago I’d receive my check to then be told a month later that I needed to come in and sign a paper stating why I left State Farm I’ve never in my life ever had to do something like that to get my money back I was told a million different excuses as to why I hadn’t gotten my money all to have to come in and sign a paper saying I got new insurance I asked for them to overnight my money for the inconvenience and they couldn’t even do that so I’m still waiting for my $ and haven’t gotten it back I’m going to report this company to the BBB take your business elsewhere they just love to screw you over you here!"

"Excellent, excellent, excellent service. Ms. Heather is amazing. She tried to find best quote for me and she spent a lot of time to help me. Instead of rushing to sell a policy, she tried to find best answers for my questions. After long searches I noticed that her quote was the best among all others.She is my agent from now on. What a wonderful lady to work with."
